NO LIMITS Terms & Conditions

The Coastal Long Distance Services Call America calling plan included in the Coastal Communications NO LIMITS savings packages allows a residential customer to make unlimited long distance direct dialed voice calls to anywhere in the United States for a flat rate, with certain restrictions.

Coastal Long Distance Services calling plan included in the NO LIMITS savings packages is for residential voice usage within the United States and only available to Coastal Communications residential customers with a NO LIMITS savings package, where available. Other terms and conditions apply. Taxes and other charges apply and are subject to change.

This plan may not be used to place calls to on-line services, or Internet access services, and the plan cannot be used for any commercial or business use or for any services that do not involve a person-to-person conversation or voice messages. This plan is not available to Customers with an account that bills to another number or is the recipient of charges billed from another number. NO LIMITS plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, chat lines, porn lines, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, International calling and toll free calling services. If the Company determines that usage is not consistent with typical Residential Customer usage, the Customer may be subject to an additional fee per month or offered an alternative plan at the Company's sole discretion. In order to be eligible for this plan, the Company must be able to verify that the Customer meets these eligibility requirements. Customers who no longer meet these eligibility requirements will not be eligible for this plan and will be contacted by the Company and offered an alternative plan. Long distance services are provided by Coastal Long Distance Services and are available only in the Coastal Communications service areas.
